61    Responsible for all purchasing and materials management functions, policies, and programs including forecasting manpower and facilities requirements; establishing procurement standards, policies, and key vendor relationships/ partnerships.

61    Develop and implement product and part movement and delivery strategies; give suggestion for inventory control

 岗位要求：
61    Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years purchasing experience and 5 years of management experience in procurement,.

61    Must have working experience international companies, have excellent supplier knowledge in Castings, Machining, mechanical assemblies and purchase of other finished products like bearings.

61    APICS Certification and working knowledge of QS 9000/ ISO 9001:2000 Systems a plus.

61    Proficient with computer based methods and tools, knowledgeable in JIT programs and Lean Manufacturing with strong procurement negotiating skills.
