As the Manager, Supplier Enablement (Ivalua and Fieldglass), you will be pivotal in driving Procurement’s digital transformation, focusing on our global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and vendor management platforms. You will support the development of strategic plans for onboarding new and existing vendors to our P2P platforms, while leading tactical activities to ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities
Ivalua P2P Program:
Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of S2P Ops and Supplier Enablement to deliver and continuously refine a strategic plan for onboarding vendors in North America to the Ivalua and Fieldglass platforms.Work closely with Sourcing and Procurement Operations team members to implement the onboarding plan.Lead the preparation activities for the quarterly onboarding plan of existing vendors, including vendor and contract clean-up, buying channel optimization, and change management.Partner with vendor managers and business teams to design and execute optimal buying channels for vendor onboarding.Provide business process guidance and support to the Sr. Analyst, Catalog Enablement during supplier catalog enablement.Collaborate with the Manager, S2P Ops to ensure the success of internal and external collaborators with the new P2P platform post-enablement.Work with the Change Management team to enhance communication plans for collaborators to maintain engagement momentum.Update training materials and guides as needed in the supplier enablement process.Support other project activities as required.Fieldglass Program:
Manage the contract amendment process for new Fieldglass-enabled vendors.Oversee the Rebate program, including rebate collection from vendors and reporting.Review and approve necessary exceptions to Fieldglass payment activities.Identify and implement future enhancements to reduce the number of exceptions.Support other initiatives as required.How will you create impact?

What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of experience in scaling and onboarding vendors post-P2P implementation.5+ years of experience managing global e-procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ivalua, Ariba) and vendor management systems (Fieldglass).Strong preference for experience in sourcing various commodities and process improvement.In-depth knowledge of commercial terms in various supplier contract types.Expertise in P2P processes within global financial institutions.Experience managing within North America is an asset.Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information to make informed recommendations.Effective communication skills at all levels, including written, verbal, and presentations.Customer service-oriented and collaborative.Comfortable presenting to groups, leading projects, and working in matrixed teams.Skilled in managing multiple projects at different phases and adjusting to changing priorities.Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficient in change management and project management.Relevant accreditation (e.g., e-procurement certifications) is an assetWhen you join our team:

HybridSalary range is expected to be between
