The Strategy Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic initiatives, with a primary focus on overseeing the successful implementation of high-impact projects. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on project management, ensuring initiatives such as EPM and ERP deployments, digital transformations, or operational improvements are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving complex projects to completion in dynamic environments.
Strategic Planning and Alignment
• Develop and refine project implementation strategies that align with the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure projects support business priorities and deliver measurable value.
Project Implementation Leadership
• Lead end-to-end project implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, with a focus on enterprise-level initiatives (e.g., EPM systems, ERP systems, process reengineering, or technology integrations).
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring effective coordination among internal stakeholders, vendors, and consultants.
Risk Management and Problem Resolution
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure projects remain on track and within scope.
• Address implementation challenges proactively, leveraging data-driven insights to resolve issues and optimize outcomes.
Continuous Improvement
• Evaluate project outcomes to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.
• Drive post-implementation reviews to ensure sustained performance and long-term success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Agile Scrum, or ERP-specific certifications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Workday) are highly desirable.
Experience
• 8+ years of experience in project management or strategic implementation, with at least 3-5 years leading large-scale initiatives (e.g., EPM and ERP implementations, digital transformations).
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with external vendors or consultants.
Skills

• Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
