This role will be instrumental in advancing Sheridan’s mission to create a supportive, inclusive, and engaging workplace. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, People and Culture, the Manager will lead critical talent management and organizational development efforts, ensuring that we continue to deliver client-focused and innovative HR programs.
