About the Role
As Manager, Strategic Pricing you will be responsible for overseeing Pricing and Promo Evolution strategy, project implementation and ongoing maintenance and governance.
What You’ll Do
+ Identify procedural and technological opportunities to re-imagine the pricing and promotion process
+ Develop pre-season pricing strategies to optimize growth and profitability
+ Influence key stakeholders and gain alignment to drive strategies forward
+ Create project plans and manage teams to ensure work is aligned with business needs
+ Conducts analysis and periodic review of the pricing landscape
+ KPIs include: Sales performance, Margin performance and Inventory turnover performance to Profit and Loss, and Customer and category market share
+ Support and execute the team vision, set clear objectives, assign and direct work, manage performance, and maintain open communications to create an effective work environment
+ Additional tasks may be assigned
