Manager, Strategic Finance - Mobility Product Finance

**About the Role**
As part of the Mobility Product Finance team, you will play a critical role in guiding the financial strategy of Uber's next-generation products. This position is responsible for supporting products throughout their lifecycle-from pilot to development, launch, and scale-by evaluating investments, driving financial performance, and aligning key stakeholders.
You will work closely with leaders in Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to provide financial insights, shape strategic decisions, and establish rigorous financial discipline. This is a high-impact role with exposure to some of Uber's most dynamic initiatives within Mobility.
**What You'll Do**
+ Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and capital planning across multiple high-growth and scaled products
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Tech, Operations, and Marketing to evaluate investment opportunities and resource decisions
+ Build and refine financial models to assess ROI, profitability, and long-term value creation
+ Establish frameworks to evaluate success across the product lifecycle and drive alignment on key performance indicators
+ Translate strategic priorities into actionable annual budgets and forecasts that reflect market conditions, customer behavior, and product stage
+ Conduct unit economics, profitability, and lifetime value analyses to support go-to-market and investment decisions
+ Drive the capital allocation process in partnership with business leaders and ensure sound financial stewardship of resources
+ Manage and develop a team of high-performing finance professionals, providing mentorship and coaching
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics
+ 6+ years in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Corporate Development / Strategy, Consulting or other related areas
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Proven track record of partnering with product or engineering teams to influence resource decisions and evaluate investments
+ High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong modeling capabilities
+ Experience using SQL or Python to extract and analyze business data
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to decision making
+ Prior experience managing a team with a focus on growth and development
+ Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and planning tools such as Anaplan, Oracle, or Tm1
+ Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with a high level of attention to detail
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
