**Position:**
The Strategic Finance and Corporate Development team plays a key role in supporting the executive leadership group (C-Suite, EVPs, and VPs), providing critical financial analysis to evaluate customer and segment profitability. The team also leads the company’s Request for Proposal (RFP) efforts for both new and existing business and supports major strategic initiatives that drive profitable growth aligned with overall company objectives.
As a manager on this team, you will be responsible for leading customer profitability reviews, supporting RFPs, preparing and presenting financial analysis to senior leadership, and driving ad hoc projects that streamline and enhance team processes. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Strategic Finance and Corporate Development and is a key member of the broader Finance team, which includes FP&A, Field Finance, and Accounts Receivable. Together, these functions collaborate to support the company’s overall financial strategy.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the RFP process and related analyses, supporting contract negotiations with current and prospective customers, ensuring data accuracy, and performing comprehensive due diligence.
+ Conduct post-audit analyses to assess alignment between projected business outcomes and actual results.
+ Improve and enforce the Corporate Development stage gate process to ensure projects and initiatives align with corporate guidelines and meet all required approval criteria.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, sales, and other departments to align key data inputs for customer proposals.
+ Present deal reviews and profitability analyses to senior management and executive leadership.
+ Analyze complex financial and operational data to deliver clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
+ Support customer discussions by responding to non-routine and ad hoc analytical requests.
+ Contribute to transformation initiatives by driving improvements in financial models, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
+ Self-motivated and able to work independently on new and evolving tasks.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Familiarity with EPM, Power BI, and Cognos is preferred.

**Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, business analysis, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
