Manager, Strategic Account Development - Platform
About the Team

Our Platform Account Development team is responsible for the adoption and growth of Platform solutions with our hundreds of thousands of SMB restaurants in the US (SMB defined as =< 150 locations). This sales team partners with our Account Management team to understand the first party (i.e. online ordering) growth goals of our restaurant customers and tailors our many solutions to meet their needs.

About the Role

As a Manager, Strategic Account Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of front line sales reps, driving the sales performance that is the main input to our SMB platform volume goals. You do this through hiring, developing, and performance managing great talent, as well as building an inclusive and motivating work environment. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Account Development and will lead team members across the US region. This role will be a remote job but must be based inside the US.

Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience
