Responsibilities:
Provide coaching and counsel on performance, compensation, career development, etc. that aligns to and supports business strategy and attainment of objectivesOversee operations of the People Center, including timely response to inquiries, issue resolution, and accurate data managementDevelop HR team members, set performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a collaborative and positive work environmentIdentify opportunities for process optimization within the People Center, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiativesEnsure team's adherence to policies, procedures, legal requirements, and maintain data accuracyUtilize data analytics to identify trends and drive decisions that support the growth of the People Center organization and its team membersPartners with work counsels and leaders to interpret countries’ labor relations’ laws, policies, and local practicesRequired Skills / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related disciplineMinimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on resolving complex employee relations mattersDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, set clear expectations, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative and high-performance cultureStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutionsExperience in process optimization, using metrics and data analysis to drive efficiency and effectivenessEffective communicator, translating complicated processes in a clear and succinct manner with various audiencesStrong decision-making capability, act with confidence and sense of urgency in ambiguous situationsAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityStrong consultative skills and ability to influence without direct authority and lead complex initiatives and broad scope projects Knowledge of People systems and databases with agility to learn and adapt to new technologyProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software Excellent Excel skillsPreferred Skills / Experience:

Total Base Pay Range
139,640.10 - 209,395.55 USD Annually
