**How You Will Make a Difference**
You will be leading the sourcing team to create strong vendor partnerships, ensuring that Timberland Apparel products are developed in alignment with the brand’s design and future vision. You will co-create product development and innovation strategies in collaboration with the brand product development teams in the US, Europe, and APAC.
Supporting the Director of Product Supply for Timberland/Napa, you will play a lead role in creating a multiyear sourcing strategy that will facilitate and power brand growth, ensuring best-in-class product development, fit for our consumer needs.
**What You Will Do**
+ Lead the sourcing team to establish and develop partnerships with vendors to support brand product development strategies and growth plans.
+ Communicate proactively with brand stakeholders, product development, and design teams to build and adhere to a product development calendar that enables best-in-class on-time samples, execution, and delivery.
+ Enhance and advocate for vendors’ capabilities and use of new technologies to drive innovation of process and product, with the goal of reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
+ Manage vendor partnerships, ensuring performance that drives profitability and sustained shared goals.
+ Support all associates in the team to create and drive their individual development plans and establish a regular cadence of review.

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Production, Global Material Supply, Compliance, Responsible Sourcing, Product Stewardship, Finance, Logistics, and Quality to align sourcing strategy with brand direction.

+ Knowledge of apparel, especially in the technical outdoor market.
+ Experience in developing knitted and woven apparel and managing diverse product collections.
+ Proven leadership in managing multicultural teams and influencing global stakeholders.

+ Basic understanding of paper pattern creation and digital product creation is a plus.
