Job Title: IT Contracts Administrator Location: Portage, MI Hours/Schedule: M- F 8am- 5pm Type: Contract Job Summary We’re looking for an IT Contracts Administrator to manage software supplier contracts and renewals. In this role, you’ll review agreements for accuracy, ensure compliance with contract terms, and negotiate renewals or smaller deals to help the company save costs and optimize value. You’ll also work closely with Legal, Sourcing, and Operations teams to keep processes efficient and contracts properly maintained. Responsibilities + Review supplier quotes, renewals, Statements of Work, and Change Orders for accuracy. + Ensure correct contract terms, conditions, and pricing are included. + Partner with Legal on low-risk agreements to speed up approvals. + Negotiate software renewals and small-scale supplier deals. + Escalate risks or deviations as needed and maintain executed agreements in the contract repository. Qualifications + Experience reviewing software and professional services contracts. + Knowledge of software licensing models and commercial terms. + Ability to interpret legal language and contract obligations. + Skilled in negotiating renewals and smaller supplier agreements. + Familiarity with contract management systems and document repositories.
