**Job Summary**
As a Manager in NetApp’s enterprise SE segment, you will partner with sales leadership to drive market share growth in the Canada Central and Public Sector market. We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader who can combine technical expertise with innovative, results-driven strategies. This role involves leading a talented team, engaging directly with key customer executives and partners, and consistently seeking out new opportunities to establish and expand our presence.
The most effective candidate for this role will augment team leadership with targeted field engagement, leading from the front in interactions with key customer executives and with partners. Existing understanding of the NetApp portfolio - product positioning, solution applicability, and value proposition in a broader industry context - is desired but not required.
**_For this role, that will be the Toronto-CAN market._**

**Job Requirements**
+ **Experience:**
+ A minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.
+ At least 4 years in a people management role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
+ **Technical and Strategic Expertise:**
+ Solid technical and sales background with an understanding of enterprise solutions.
+ Experience with or willingness to learn about the NetApp portfolio, including product positioning, solution applicability, and strategic value.
+ **Communication Skills:**
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage with senior and executive leadership.
+ Strong presentation skills and a talent for storytelling that resonates at all organizational levels

The OTE (On Target Earnings) Range for this position is C$242,250 - 313,500 CAD and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
