Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. + We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with deep expertise in both mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM) and distributed systems (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud-native architectures). This role will lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for modernising legacy systems, driving distributed platform enhancements, and ensuring operational excellence across hybrid environments **Minimum Qualifications** + 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. + Proven track record in mainframe development and distributed system design. + Strong understanding of batch processing, data exchange services, and cloud-native architectures + Experience with migration projects, especially from mainframe to distributed/cloud platforms. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
