Manager, Social Media & Content Strategy

Make It Matter.** In this role, you will coordinate with internal and external teams and stakeholders to plan, execute and integrate communications activities, including content development, publishing, measurement and other operations. As a subject matter expert, you will give direction to team members on tactics and execution and work collaboratively across global centers of expertise **How you will contribute** You will develop strategy and implement internal and external communication processes and deliver results in your area of expertise. To generate positive media coverage for the company and its brands, you will develop a media strategy and build strong media relations with Tier-1 media and global media in your geographic area. You will work with internal cross-functional teams to protect and strengthen the company and brands’ reputation by developing content and managing related communications channels and provide Mondelēz International spokespeople with talking points, ensuring their visibility by monitoring business events and proactively managing their speaking opportunities. In addition, you will represent Mondelēz International as a spokesperson when appropriate; support the consumer relations function as it relates to social media and media coverage based on consumer feedback; edit and approve external communications to key accounts, distributors, consumers, and partners; support your local management team on internal communications and ensure effective co-ordination with other functions; and ensure activities are delivered within budget. **What you will bring** A desire to lead the future for our company and accelerate you career with experience and knowledge in: + Lead editorial planning, copywriting and content creation for multiple digital and social platforms + Serve as internal digital journalist, partnering with brand teams and business units around the world to proactively mine for great stories + Develop unique voice and POV for corporate brand social personality to complement and amplify product brands while advancing reputation priorities + Manage day-to-day social media operations and posting, especially LinkedIn and Twitter, for both corporate and C-suite accounts + Manage paid media and syndication activities + Own measurement and metrics relating to digital reputation, including for social listening + Provide support on social media and media monitoring + Serve as lead copywriter and assist in developing and updating visual presentations, infographcs, b-roll, photography and other creative assets for use on multiple digital platforms **Job specific requirements:** + Minimum of Bachelors degree in communications/PR, marketing or equivalent work experience; + 3-5 years of progressively responsible professional experience, with a PR Agency or digital journalism background preferred; + Deep experience in building and delivering successful social and digital media campaigns to advance reputation; proven expertise in developing a cross-channel content and paid media strategy and approach; + Deep knowledge of relevant social media listening, monitoring, moderation and content management platforms. + Sprinklr experience a plus Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy **Business Unit Summary** The United States is the largest market in the Mondelēz International family with a significant employee and manufacturing footprint.
