**Job Summary**
The Manager, Small Fleet Sales will be responsible for increasing the top and bottom-line revenue stream of the division by driving sales within a direct salesforce model. They will lead the development and evolution of their Sales team and respect to brand positioning, customer education and to increase market penetration. The incumbent in this role will be responsible for ensuring a proper business forecast and plan and creating incremental sales as well as identifying new business opportunities for the division.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Manages operations of the sales organization
+ Ensures that operations, practices and policies are implemented such that they lead to the accomplishment of the business plan and objectives. This includes salesforce development, territory and customer management, customer strategy development and implementation, and market segmentation processes.
+ Accountable for personal revenue targets for assigned and other accounts.
+ Ensures that the team is capable of excellent execution in the following core functions/competencies: Territory analysis, Market segmentation, Product segmentation, Business plan creation and analysis, Pipeline management, Sales and Inventory forecasting, Account Management, Customer Service, Order Entry. Leads, coaches, trains, inspires and motivates their assigned team to achieve the assigned sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
+ Manages assigned and other accounts to achieve revenue targets.
+ Provides feedback to Marketing, Software Development, and Operations based on knowledge obtained from the sales team, the market, partners and other industry sources, customers and competitors. This includes feedback on product acceptance and performance, trends, and competitive insight.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience with emphasis on consultative selling
+ Experience within the transportation/trucking/fleet industry
+ Proven ability to drive results through expert influencing skills across all levels of management
+ Exceptional team leadership and coaching skills
+ Ability to assess strategic customer needs and build alliances
+ Budget management skills and the proven ability to manage a large geographic area
+ Advanced presentation and communication skills
+ Excellent and proven outstanding selling, organization, and planning skills
+ Must live in greater Cleveland, OH area or able to relocate
+ Ability to travel extensively - on the road, work weekends and to manage multiple markets
