Essential Job Responsibilities-
Manage, lead, and motivate catering and 330 receptionist team members
Supervise both fully employed and temporary catering staff, ensuring adequate staffing coverage for onsite events and meetings
Book and confirm the usage of showrooms, conference rooms, and boardrooms at the 330 headquarters
Manage the showrooms’ software scheduling system, training others as needed
Set schedules and manage timekeeping for the catering, and 330 receptionist teams in compliance with company and state regulations for breaks and overtime
Place and manage catering orders in partnership with outside vendors and restaurants
Partner with Skechers Human Resources to support reporting team with training, compliance, performance management, and learning and development opportunities
Proactively maintain vendor relationships related to catering and manage expectations
Catalog equipment for A&V and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule
Manage the inventory and maintenance of coffee, service, and kitchen equipment at corporate facilities
Maintain food safety standards while preparing and serving meals and snacks for guests and staff
Collaborate across the corporate facilities teams to drive team work and open communication
Other projects and duties as assigned
Job Requirements-

Education and Experience-
High School Diploma or equivalent
College Degree preferred

Previous banquet and/or conference center leadership preferred
The pay range for this role is $85,000-$95,000/yr USD.
