The position provides direct support to the Raytheon-Polska staff members as well as Global Security Services, with physical, personnel, operational security, and administrative activities at the Polska office, and/or oversight of Polish security equities where applicable. The position will assist with the protection of personnel, equipment and/or other facilities or temporary sites with some travel throughout Poland. The position will oversee the RTX Visitor Access Program under the Polska Facility Control Plan (FCP), and will work with and through the Polska Office Management staff to coordinate, manage and oversee non-RTX and non-Polska, and foreign persons visiting the Raytheon site(s).
The position location is Warsaw but may require limited travel to other RTX or Raytheon-Polska sites in Poland. The Raytheon-Polska Security Manager will report to the Raytheon Global Security Services (GSS) International Security (IS) Associate Director, and LN Board Executive, in Warsaw, Poland.
**What You Will Do**
The Polska Security Manager will support facility or site security requirements and will be the site lead for the Polish (non-U.S.) Facility Clearance License (FCL) or host-nation (HN) Industry Security Certification process, including the management of Personnel Security Clearances (PSC). The position will be responsible for planning, coordination, development, implementation, and oversight of the various Polish security requirements, e.g. FCL and related laws or codes, regulations, protocols and associated industry standards within the HN security apparatus. The position, in collaboration concert with the Regional Security Manager, may also support liaison with HN-based MIL, LE and/or SSS to successfully develop and maintain in-country working relationships with internal and external customers, senior management and/or peers, and across HN government, and/or the defense industry and private sector.
While providing wide-ranging security support, the position will also align with and maintain the highest-levels of security standards and practices, as prescribed by RTX and Raytheon GSS, and based on existing and/or updated requirements, policies, protocols and practices, as well as customer prescribed or directed rules and/or laws. The position requires strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide counsel or advice, and operate independently or as part of a team, and with exceptional decision-making skills, and strong customer service.
The position functions within a high-profile and fast-paced environment with ad-hoc security requirements requiring a dynamic and adaptive professional with experience across a broad-range of security disciplines, including but not limited to military (MIL) and law enforcement (LE) and special security services (SSS) equities, international security operations, counterintelligence and force protection practices. Additionally, the security manager will support planning, coordination and development, and implementation of security initiatives for Polska-based programs, and future growth in Poland.
This is a high profile and fast-paced position requiring a security professional with security leadership experience across multiple domains including but not limited to:
Industrial and International security requirements.
Physical security/force protection.
Personnel and operations security with a customer service focus.

**What You Will Do**
+ Planning, development, implementation, and testing of security policies and procedures.
+ Protection of personnel, company information, and assets.
+ Will be responsible for the handling and safeguarding of Polish classified material and controlling access to restricted areas as appropriate.
+ This role will develop and administer security procedures for classified or proprietary and controlled materials, documents, and, if applicable, equipment for major programs.
+ This position is responsible for establishing, facilitating and/or maintaining education programs to ensure personnel compliance with U.S. and Poland government and contract requirements.
+ The selected candidate will successfully create and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers, peers and senior management across multiple domains to accomplish the mission.
+ This position needs a strong customer service and cultural awareness approach and needs someone who possesses strong integrity, interpersonal skills, ability to make sound decisions, and take independent action to exceed customer expectations.
+ Safeguard and properly store US and Poland controlled information based on US and Poland security regulations as well as corporate directives and policies and ensure compliance with Polish government requirements for classified operations.
+ Maintain access control to closed and restricted areas inside the designated area of responsibility. The responsibilities include ensuring that the workplace is clean, safe and well maintained which will require the supervision of employees or outside contractors who construct, maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings, and equipment via one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning, heating, painting, and/or general maintenance.
+ Provide security leadership and direction to in-country leadership team, staff, and TDY personnel.
+ Manage the security administration to include processing of office and/or base passes required for site visits.
+ Manage security and personal safety procedures and briefing/training for all assigned personnel, their family members, and visitors.
+ Conduct security investigations and surveys, including detailed recommendations for mitigation of all security vulnerabilities and violations.
+ Maintain, update and conduct periodic testing of evacuation/contingency plans ensuring employee and company preparedness with scalable tripwires.
+ Participate in the development of crisis and business continuity plans and act as a member of crisis management team.
+ Build and maintain a strong liaison with Polland Government and Security Services.
+ Maintain open lines of communication with all in-country personnel and provide ongoing security advice and guidance. Drive cultural security awareness and collaboration for individual responsibility and awareness.
+ As part of the FCP Visitor Access Program and in support of GT requirements and policy execution, assists on-site visitor access:
+ Office visits by foreign persons, including entry/exit, guest identification and verification.
+ Oversight FCP clean-desk policy through site sanitization and/or through escorting and associated activities.
+ Coordination and with collaboration of the Office Management staff.
+ In concert with GT standards assists with physical security and risk mitigation plans, and identifying best practices, to help protect EXIM and all “controlled” information.
+ Assists the Regional Security Manager with Country Incident Support Team (CIST) support for RTX Enterprise Preparedness Program:
+ Contributes to the development and maintenance of the security equities within the International Incident Response Plan (IIRP), including with site assessments.
+ Supports and participates in the Table-Top Exercises, and assists with Polska-based emergency preparedness.
+ Assists the CIST with quarterly testing of the EVERBRIDGE messenger system and/or Emergency Call Tree (ECT).
+ Leads, develops and oversees the HN Facility Clearance License (FCL) process, as part of the Industry Security Certification, which includes the management of Personnel Security Clearance(s) (PSC) for LN employees.
+ When applicable, supports HN government and other LN liaison.
+ Travel is expected to be approximately 25% or less within Poland.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires bachelor’s degree. In Lieu of Higher Education – May substitute experience for education. (i.e., no degree plus 16 years of related experience, Technical School or Associate’s degree plus 12 years of related experience
+ Citizenship – Polish (and/or dual with U.S.) citizenship
+ Experience Level – Eight or more years of relevant security field proficiency.
+ Language Requirement – Full professional proficiency in English and Polish.
+ Valid Polish Driver’s License.
+ Must have or be able to obtain a Polish government certified clearance issued by the Internal Security Agency (ABW) (company sponsored).
+ Must have or be able to receive a certificate of training on classified information protection to be issued by the Internal Security Agency (ABW) or Military Counterintelligence Agency (SKW) (company sponsored).
+ Must have or be able to obtain a certificate of training from ABW/SKW (company sponsored).
+ Interface/experience with Polish security apparatus and/or government or military.
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Preferred Background – HN Military and/or Law Enforcement experience, e.g. ABW, SKW, ZW, etc.
+ Education preference – Master’s degree.
+ Corporate Security experience.
+ International Security experience, preferably in Europe.
+ Crisis Management and Emergency Planning experience.
+ Knowledge of Defense Industry environment and business objectives.
+ Experience with Polish Classified and Import/Export/Trade programs and requirements.
+ Project Management and Oversight.
