Responsibilities\nDevelop growth approaches for relevant sub-sectors in Life Science and Healthcare sector, aligned to overall organization strategy.\nMarket research, build customer relationship, early engagement to define categories of new business opportunities\nActively explore new business trends through customer engagements, industry/market research and competitive analysis.\nUnderstand customer needs and propose tailored solutions to establish long-term partnerships.\nAchieve sales targets and manage pipeline performance, creating execution plans to achieve goals.\nDerive go to market campaign, drive service improvements and innovations based on industry trends and customer feedback.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure swift responses to customer requirements and drive effective solutions.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field.\n7+ years of experience in customer acquisition and sales.\n3+ years of experience in the relevant sector. (Health Care / Medical Device Pharmaceutical or etc)\nUnderstanding of SCM (Supply Chain Management) or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) processes.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with strategic mindset\nExperience in the logistics or related industry is a plus\nProficiency in English in written and verbal\n
