Manager, Asset Recovery – SCM Channel Management
PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION
The Manager, Supply Chain Asset Recovery, is responsible for overseeing recovery processes across North America, South America, and Europe. This role balances maximizing financial value with maintaining a positive customer experience, requiring strong collaboration with platform, product, legal, and other cross-functional partners.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and problem-solver with strong influencing and people skills. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this individual must be a proactive self-starter who can deliver measurable results across complex global operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central connector within Asurion to make sure all processes and procedures facilitate highest possible asset recovery while balancing customer, partner, and vendor considerations.Program Performance: Facilitate regular reviews and communications to monitor asset recovery, improve performance, and communicate on top priorities with partners, vendors, and supply chain leadershipOperational Excellence: Serve as the Supply Chain subject matter expert on asset recovery. Monitor program key performance indicators to ensure financial, customer, and partner targets are achieved consistently. Understand and communicate opportunities and risks to upstream and downstream processes because of changes in the asset recovery process.Operational Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to deliver on asset recovery targets for all Asurion programsProgram Consistency: Identify and implement opportunities to increase consistency of asset recovery processes across programsOther duties as assignedHere’s what you’ll bring to the team:

The ability to adjust focus, use hands to grasp, finger, handle, reach or feel and sit for prolonged periods are needed for this position. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication utilizing a headset.
