Oversee daily sales team meetings, stock levels, and aged stock
Review sales vs. objectives and ensure targets are met.
Sales Planning Meetings:
Review sales objectives and incentives
Present upcoming programs
Plan and execute dealer strategies to meet targets.
Order to Delivery Process:
Conduct SSRD/DBP (Dealer Business Planning) reviews
Align dealer forecasts with product plans
Adjust pipelines and finalize wholesale orders
Customer Satisfaction Initiatives:
Monitor CVP metrics (Customer Validation Procedure)
Guide improvements in overall purchase and delivery satisfaction experiences.
Dealer Business Planning:
Advise on facility branding, staffing, and brand compliance
Join dealership business reviews and workshops
Training:
Provide product and sales process training
Coordinate enrollment in professional courses
Ensure full participation in product launch events.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or marketing within the automotive industry or related sectors such as used car sales or real estate.
Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of automotive products, trends, and market dynamics.
Good command of English
