Manager, Sales Training

This Manager, Sales Training will be accountable for the implementation of sales training plans, programs and processes to support Solta business goals and objectives. Responsibilities: + Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to identify training needs and recommend solutions. + Product training responsibilities, including training portal management, content, and updates. + Onboarding of new hires, including co-travel with sales personnel to assess their level of product knowledge and skills related to the position. + Assist in creating a measurement strategy and sustainability process before and after programs/initiatives. + Identify, design, create and facilitate effective content that improves the desired competency level of sales management. + Responsible for developing and utilizing the field based trainers in on-boarding new hires and in new hire training programs. + Maintain updated and current training materials including self-study guides, classroom materials, and assessments. + Demonstrated ability to analyze performance gaps and develop training initiatives to drive results. + Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of training services offered. + Plan, organize and facilitate quarterly Solta new hire and ongoing training. + Become product expert on assigned promoted and competitive products. + Manage Sales Trainers with direct reporting, management, and development. + Manage Field Sales Trainer plan execution, implementation, and communication with Regional Sales Managers. Qualifications: + Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience + Previous Sales Training experience, corporate and/or field-based is preferred. + A willingness to approach projects/initiatives with a sense of urgency. + Strong verbal, listening, written communications and facilitation skills required. + Ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed. + Ability to serve as a role model/mentor/coach to new and tenured representatives. + Minimum of 50% field time. + Demonstration of sustained, high performance in current position. + Geographic location, field based. Bridgewater preferred. The range of starting base pay for this role is 115K-150K.Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
