Oversees sales cycle reporting to support effective sales performance management. Drives and supports sales compliance efforts and corporate driven member retention activities. Works across a matrix organization to meet both corporate and regional sales and marketing needs. Candidate Education: Required A Bachelor's Degree in a related field + Manages producer certifications, producer services, event/lead application support teams, producer communications and reporting analytics. + Manages the certification process to complete certification timely and continues to improve the process including contracting, background and licensure. + Leverages staff and works with the markets to effectively manage and resolve issues timely. + Provides insight and analysis to support key business decision at the corporate level for sales support processes and systems. + Assesses existing business processes to design and implement solutions enabling the business to operate in a manner that's better, faster and cheaper. + Stays abreast of regulatory & industry changes as they relate to the responsibilities for these teams. + Collaborates with executive field leaders to execute initiatives to improve corporate and field support for contracted and employed agents. + Provides automated solutions to stream line and expedite manual tasks, reports and interdepartmental interactions/dependencies. + Drives department initiatives by maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs related to materials, sales and marketing. + Assists with creating, reviewing and approving sales training material. + Identifies opportunities for growth and competitive advantage strategies and initiatives. + Assists in all phases of project management to include project planning, implementation and monitoring results. + Works with the compliance and regulatory affairs groups to deliver and monitor remediation based on investigation results. + Participates in regular cross-departmental meetings. + Performs special projects as assigned. **Required or equivalent work experience 2+ additional years of experience in sales support, and/or sales operationsCandidate Experience:** Required 4+ years of experience in a sales support, and/or sales operations Required 2+ years of experience in project oversight leading and directing wide scale operational projects Required 1+ year of experience in managing or leading others **Preferred Other Experienced with Medicare regulations, provider credentialing, internal auditing, licensure and/or accreditation processes Licenses and Certifications:** A license in one of the following is required:Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
