5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics—ideally in a fast-paced, B2B or distribution environment.
Proven ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive performance and support sales strategy
Experience supporting incentive compensation programs — including quota setting, tracking, and reporting — in partnership with Sales and Finance teams
Familiarity with coverage models, territory planning, and sales resource optimization
Proficiency in sales analytics tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, or Tableau; comfort with large data sets and CRM reporting
Strong capability in building and maintaining dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting tools to support business reviews and planning
Exposure to sales onboarding, training, or enablement initiatives, including cross-functional collaboration with Enablement or HR
Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders
Strong collaboration and project management skills, with a track record of delivering results across departments
Self-starter who’s comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution
Job Summary
Manages the implementation of company-driven sales enablement projects and process improvements. Collaborates with leadership to manage change, serves as a liaison with project stakeholders, and ensures effective deployment and implementation of sales-related initiatives.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Manages sales enablement processes and projects.Analyzes sales data to develop action plans, support sales growth, and increase metric performance. Provides forecast input based on product knowledge.Leads direct reports to determine root cause problems and resolve business and sales-related issues.Conducts customer focus groups, analyzes findings, identifies operational process and technology trends, and provides results to leadership.Oversees the deployment and implementation processes for project rollouts.Reviews and monitors project implementation metrics to ensure successful project execution, sustainability, and transition to field sales teams.Implements customer relational and procedural improvements to maximize customer loyalty and growth. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a requirement to stoop or lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Education and Experience
