**Introduction** **Your role and responsibilities** Manager, Sales Insights and Analytics, IBM Corporation, Bellevue, WA (Up to 40% telecommuting permitted): * Manage all aspects of sales analytics and insights on the centralized analytics team. * Manage analysts through excellent communication and expectations to meet business needs in a fast changing environment. Handle continual training and development of team. * Communicate regularly with business stakeholders and manage leadership expectations. * Build thorough understanding of the data systems, business applications, and analytics needs of a sales organization. Search continuously for opportunities to grow and improve operational efficiencies with data solutions. * Coordinate directly with support and development teams for reporting requests to effectively address business needs and follow up on enhancements to reporting. * Train and support end users on designated business applications and reporting tools.
