The Sales Development Leader
The Sales Development Leader is responsible for leading a team of between 6 and 11 Business Development Representatives that work with regional sales and marketing teams to develop pipeline and grow Qlik’s market share. This role is responsible for building pipeline for the EMEA sales organization through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
Provide 1:1 coaching with the BDRs to maximize the conversion of our inbound leads and drive our outbound prospecting activities to a best in class for the industry.Coordinate enablement efforts and teams for effective rollout of new tools and processesHire and enable new employeesTeam performance managementCommunicate future plans and past performance to key stakeholders (Marketing and Sales)Implementation and execution of initiatives to support our global, strategic projectsCoordinate with our operations team to support the successful development and rollout of new process and technologies
We’re looking for a teammate with:
Minimum of 2 years team management experience.5 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development; preferably with software companies with proven track record of facilitating sales and pipeline growth.Mentoring, performance development, onboarding experienceExcellent written, oral and listening skills required and an ability to collaborateExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skills requiredExcellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills requiredDemonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things doneThrive in a fast paced, rapid growth environmentAbility to organize and manage multiple prioritiesHighly competent IT & system skillsKnowledge of and experience with SalesforceUnderstanding of Software businessesExperience of working in cloud vendorsExperience of working in matrix structure and work with multiple stakeholdersUnderstanding of channel businessUniversity degreeFluent English
