We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Sales and Channel Development.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Responsible for supporting the insurance sales teams of distribution channels in executing distribution strategies to achieve business excellenceMobilize resources, resolve conflicts, collaborate across teams functions and provide clear prioritization of business initiatives to achieve business goalsOptimize the capacity in distribution network to drive profitability, quality performance and customer experienceSupport product launch implementation, sales process enhancement and monitor of regulatory, sales quality and complain related matters to ensure full complianceLeverage available internal data and data analytics capabilities to provide insights on sales and customer feedback, market trend and business performance to ensure they align with our strategies, provide continuous improvement and in compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelinesCollaborate and establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders including frontline, distribution partners, and business functions within the company

To be successful you will need

Degree in a Finance, Banking, Business Management, Business Administration or related disciplines OR other relevant qualificationsExperience in financial services, particularly insurance or wealth management productsExperience in insurance sales process, project, sales quality, governance functions is preferredAdheres to processes and controls to identify and mitigate risks and ensures timely escalation of control issues and reputation risksEffective organization, communication and interpersonal skillsResponsible, detail oriented, independent worker with ability to work under pressure or ad-hoc circumstancesProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is an advantageProficiency in both English and Chinese
