Sales Manager – Building & Campus Solutions (Turkey)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Building & Campus team in Turkey. This role is focused on driving growth across enterprise customers, contracting firms, and channel partners by promoting our structured cabling and connectivity solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow CommScope’s market share in the enterprise and commercial sectors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, VARs, contractors, and system integrators. - Identify and qualify new business opportunities across mid-to-large enterprise accounts.

- Collaborate with regional teams to deliver tailored partner engagement, product positioning, and sales enablement programs.

- Drive channel sales performance through proactive support, training, and joint customer engagements.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, CRM entries, and pipeline status.

- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical sessions to support the sales process.

- Regularly visit key partners and customers across the territory to strengthen business ties and uncover new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience in structured cabling, fiber optics, or enterprise infrastructure solutions.

- Strong understanding of the Turkish channel ecosystem, including VARs, distributors, and contracting firms.

- Proven ability to develop and grow indirect sales channels and manage partner relationships effectively.

- Familiarity with enterprise project cycles, specifications, and the role of contractors in infrastructure delivery.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in both Turkish and English.

- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.

- Willingness to travel across Turkey as needed (up to 50%).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with CommScope’s Building & Campus portfolio or similar structured cabling products.

- Technical aptitude to demonstrate product value and support basic pre-sales discussions.

- Background in electrical or ICT contracting environments is a plus.
