About the RoleDoorDash is seeking an experienced risk intelligence and investigations professional to join our Global Safety and Security team. You will work with Global Safety and Security leadership to build a multifaceted risk intelligence and investigations program across multiple business verticals. We are looking for high-output production and leadership over the development, implementation, and execution of the company-wide intelligence and investigations function. The Manager of Risk Intelligence and Investigations will lead global threat and risk management response efforts by proactively identifying risk intelligence needs and supporting investigative analysis.This role is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive risk intelligence program, conducting and overseeing complex internal and external investigations, and providing actionable intelligence to key stakeholders to support business continuity, compliance, and safety. This role will report in the Global Head of Crisis Management.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Lead the global risk intelligence program, providing strategic insights and real-time intelligence on geopolitical, operational, and reputational risks. Directly influence business development and guide risk intelligence and investigations operations. Guide functional teams and stakeholders through the risk intelligence and investigations process. Help develop risk intelligence and investigations programs. Use your experience building, implementing, and driving the execution of risk intelligence and investigations programs. Help build comprehensive programs from the ground up. Lead in identifying the potential implications of crisis events and/or critical incidents. Develop and facilitate cross-functional team leads to ensure readiness. Guide situational understanding of risks for the business. Develop operating procedures and program documentation. Partner with internal customers and teams to reduce loss and increase profitability. Establish and lead working groups that meet to understand strategies, roadmaps, and projects, and advise on risks and actions to be taken. We're excited about you because you… Have a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, or a related field. Have 6+ years of risk intelligence and investigations experience. Have prior experience leading a team. Enjoy working in fast-paced, changeable environments and thrive in roles with high autonomy. Are an experienced builder, having built teams and functions from 0-1. Are a data-driven decision maker Have demonstrable experience leading cross-border or complex investigations and managing risk in global environments. Bring strong knowledge of investigative methods, intelligence analysis, and threat/risk assessment techniques. Have familiarity with laws and regulations governing investigations, privacy, and data protection. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to brief senior executives. Are proficient with intelligence platforms, case management tools, and OSINT technologies. Have a professional certification, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Wicklander Zulawski, or Reid Certified. Have experience leading supply chain, micro-fulfillment, retail, or corporate office risk intelligence and investigations strategies and operations. Have experience building, implementing, and measuring risk. Have experience leading projects from design to successful completion. Understand and participate in tactics, operations, and strategy, and excel at execution in service of a larger mission objective. Have experience handling discrete information and working with confidential data. Have experience using technology and data resources for the analysis of risk. Take radical ownership of your work and performance Have experience with risk mitigation strategies. Have a very high level of execution and can work independently and as part of a team.
