Manager, RGM Data Analyst

The Manager, RGM Data Analyst will play a critical role in leveraging digitalization and automation to enhance performance reviews of Key RGM initiatives and bring clear insights for data-driven decision-making. This role will give full support to RGM Team by integrating advanced digital tools, optimizing data workflows, and help RGM team to find the right insights to be the base of future portfolio decisions. A key responsibility includes developing and maintaining digital tracking tools/dashboards for key RGM Initiatives, develop RGM Capabilities via best-in-class tools and automation of analytical flow. This role requires strong digital capabilities, data analytics expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions to drive organizational effectiveness. **What You'll Do for Us:** **1. Digital Transformation & Automation:** + Develop and implement digital tools and automation solutions to enhance performance reviews of key RGM initiatives + Automate routine data processing, reporting, and analytics to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency. + Leverage AI, machine learning, and data visualization tools to support business decision-making and strategic execution. **2.Develop new Capabilities:** + Work with local RGM Team as well as Global RGM Team to develop new Tools and capabilities for RGM; + Manage and extract key insights from actual Tools mainly for Price-promo insights; **Qualifications & Requirements:** + Strong digital skills with experience in data analytics, automation, or business intelligence tools. + Experience in developing digital solutions, automation tools, and AI-driven insights. + High potential candidates with strong technical and analytical capabilities will be considered, even without prior business experience. + Experience in performance tracking, KPI monitoring, and dashboard development is preferred. + Strong project management skills, with the ability to automate reporting and analysis routines. + Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, or other automation platforms. + Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field if preferred. **What We Can Do For You:** + Iconic Brand: Work on the most recognized brand in the world and be part of developing the brand's next chapter. + Exposure to World Class Leaders: Availability to global marketing leaders that will expand your network and expose you to emerging digital platforms and marketing insights. + Sustainability: Be part of a company that is committed to water stewardship, sustainable agriculture, sustainable packaging, and climate. + Opportunity to develop and grow in the organization as well as in the RGM team. **Skills:** Influencing Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
