Account Management Revenue Insights Manager

Position preferred to be in office.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Account Management Revenue Insights Manager to join our team. This role will serve as a key business partner to the Account Management organization, delivering actionable insights that drive revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional collaborator with a passion for data, an ability to synthesize complex information, and a proven track record of influencing business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, or business analytics, ideally supporting account management or customer success teams. Proficient in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL). Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into insights that influence decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.  

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, subscription-based, or enterprise B2B environments. Familiarity with Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Retention, and expansion metrics. Knowledge of GTM systems like DOMO, Anaplan, Clari, Gainsight, or similar.
