POSITION SUMMARY:

The role of the Manager, Revenue Management is to help the company maximize revenue through inventory control, pricing and distribution. He/She is required to lead a team producing management reports to proactively monitor segment revenue performance and room occupancy and recommend strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. He/She handles day-to-day revenue management operations for all properties within City of Dreams Mediterranean.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively manages room inventory through various sales channels (gaming and hospitality channels) and platforms to ensure optimization of revenue.Monitors and understands the pricing of competitors, the dynamics of the local market, and demand generators.Devices forecasting model to estimate demand and to develop annual room strategy plan that is incorporated into casino & hotel marketing programs and initiatives.Evaluates group leads forwarded by the sales team to ensure pricing competitiveness and profitability.Conducts market research and analyzes market trends in pricing and occupancy.Ensure the effective use of revenue management systems and tools.Generates performance reports, translates statistics into insights and insights into actionable items.Monitors and adjusts strategies to ensure revenue performance.Leads, monitors and evaluates all revenue management initiatives.Direct and engage in optimization studies, both gaming and non-gaming, to identify key revenue opportunities across different sales channels.Implement daily pricing strategies and decisions across all public channels.Monitor pricing integrity in collaboration with the e-commerce and distribution team.Collaborates with Sales, Events and Marketing teams to develop targeted offers and promotions.Performs an active role in preparing the annual room revenue budget for all the properties of City of Dreams Mediterranean.Coordinates all global brand-initiated sales, revenue and marketing initiatives with all concerned departments.Manages, mentors, and leads the revenue team with efficient deployment of resources and constantly reviews workflow to ensure resources are utilized in an effective and efficient manner.Develops and implements revenue management training programs for the team.Aligns the plans of individual business units and functions with the overall strategic direction and positioning of the Company.Performs any other projects or tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, Revenue Management.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Annual revenue and EBITDA for casino and hotel.Improvement in hotel KPI’s – revenue, ADR, theoretical win per roomTimely completion of delegated tasks with accuracy.Displays a high commitment in delivering and improving customer service, internally or externally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Preferably 5 years of experience in the field of Yield/Revenue Management with at least 3 years in a managerial position.Proven track record in highly numerate and analytical rolesExperience in Hotel/F&B/Retail Yield Management system setup in integrated resorts is an advantage.

Education

Tertiary qualifications in mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science or marketing, relevant training in Hotel and Revenue Management

Skills / Competencies

English language skills is mandatoryKnowledge in OPERA Property Management System is criticalDeep understanding of pricing, inventory control and distribution systemsHighly proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel & Power PointExperience with database and dashboard tools is an advantageGood interpersonal and communication skills
