The Retail Ops team is comprised of people that know a little bit about everything and a lot about most things within lululemon. We touch all aspects of the store operations, including making sure stores are seeing positive results that meet and exceed company goals. You are passionate about supporting our stores, and the best in the world at completing complex projects in record time by prioritizing, simplifying, aligning, communicating, SSC to store communication and global programs. In partnership with other store and SSC leaders, retail operations works on new initiatives that elevate and support the demands of running a store. Simply put, retail operations is responsible for making the complex simple and getting sh*t done.
A day in the life:
Design a comprehensive, forward-looking store supplies strategy to meet organizational needs and the 3 year business plans for APAC retail operations. Lead the execution of the strategy through the management of sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing/distribution programs. Create an optimized and cost-efficient supply program that mitigates risks to the organization and meets the needs of retail operations and cross-functional partners in delivering on the long-term business strategy.
Design and execute an end-to-end store supplies program for both proprietary and generic retail supplies across APAC.Lead sourcing, procurement, and inventory management for branded OPEX & CAPEX supplies, ensuring alignment with global business strategies.Optimize packaging and supply initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams and retail leaders.Mitigate supply chain risks and manage fluctuations in demand through strong partnerships with vendors, 3PL providers, and suppliers.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics, ideally in a global retail or consumer goods environment.2+ years of experience in international purchasing and inbound logistics.Experience implementing and leading business process optimization.Strong knowledge of sourcing, demand planning, inventory management, and warehousing.Familiarity with manufacturing, transportation, and distribution operations.
