About the Role:
The North America Resource Materials Manager will manage the creation, upkeep, publication, and translation of the North America Operations Manual. This includes working with all regions to gather information and finalize the presentation of information. They will also assist with the development and/or review of other materials that directly affect the operations of a restaurant, such as job aids and training tools, instructional booklets, etc., that are generated from the Operations Department and/or other teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the research, writing and formatting of information for the Operations Manual. Work closely with departments to collect and finalize the appropriate information. Perform final editing on all materials. Provide a quarterly update to the Ops manual and arrange for translation. Work closely with the International Resource Materials Manager on the Ops manual process, changes and evolution. Provide Brand standards updates. Review and edit materials from other teams/departments to ensure operational compliance, including but not limited to program/product instruction sheets/playbooks, University of Subway courses, in-restaurant brochures and other items. Job aid management, creation and review. Edit and manage the writing and formatting of job aids and training tools, working closely with the Operations Excellence team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Graphic Design; English/Writing; Communications. Minimum of 2 years writing and design/layout experience. Knowledge of Paliego, Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Strong attention to detail. Strong writing, proofing, and editing skills. High level of creativity and graphic layout skills; ability to take concepts from planning stage to final piece with necessary flexibility to adapt to change. Strong organizational skills: ability to work on several projects at once and manage priorities; ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work well with others.
