About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager – Technical Support – you will be responsible for leading the Reliability Engineering team with a strong focus on enhancing asset reliability, optimising product performance, and reducing life cycle costs. This role takes a proactive, data-driven approach to identifying and addressing emerging and systemic issues, working closely with factory engineering teams to develop long-term solutions. Through trend analysis, predictive insights, and technical leadership, the role supports sustained machine performance and continuous improvement across the Liebherr Mining fleet.
