**Primary purpose of the position:**
Drive price, value and volume across the assigned customer portfolio and develops new sales opportunities in order to grow sales revenues and contribute to margin and profitability increase.
**Essential responsible areas:**
Develop & manage overall existing customer relationship
+ Reach sales targets & identify volume growth opportunities
+ Define and propose the commercial strategy on assigned portfolio to the Director, Regional accounts & support volume/contract negotiation
+ Build multi-level relationships with corporate and local contacts via regular visits & meetings at all locations
+ Ensure customer interface on customer complaints when needed
+ Identify & propose opportunities to increase margins. Ensure lowest levels of stock (beyond stockholding agreement)
+ Work closely with plant CS teams to ensure swift follow up on & payment for all overdue receivables. Monitor level of customer exposure (inventory, receivables, etc...) and proactively request payment terms changes when needed
+ Drive traction for Ball PHC Packaging innovation
Develop relationships & opportunities with new customers
+ Identify new potential fillers/markets/trends. Define strategy & action plan to secure, in line with Ball PHC commercial goals
+ Provide relevant details to pricing team on all new volume opportunities, including pricing guide/info when possible & manage quotes with customers
+ Provide timely & accurate customer meeting reports and various sales forecasts & reports
+ Ensure budget & monthly forecast accuracy
+ Compile & deliver timely monthly report for commercial activities
+ Use customer & market intelligence to assess market size and competitor position & market activity

**Position requiremnt & competencies**
**Education**
Minimum of a Bachelors Degreewith a preference towardsMasters Degree in Business administration
**Experience**
Minimum of 5 years experience doingjob-related experience, e.g. finance, negotiation, account
Minimum of 2 years experience doingaccount ownership
**Skills & knowledge required**
+ Demonstrated skill in excellent communication & interpersonal relation. Cross-function work to bring solutions
+ Demonstrated skill in microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
+ Demonstrated skill in problem solving, including analyzing and interpreting data to make recommendations
+ Demonstrated skill in able to work alone and as part of a team
+ Demonstrated skill in effective prioritization of tasks when faced with high workload
+ Working knowledge of sales and marketing principles, practices, and procedures
+ Working knowledge of at least 3 years in a customer facing role
+ Working knowledge of packaging sales or customer sevice experience in Industry / FMCG

Required english
Preferred spanish
**Other requirements**
Required travel **20 - 30% -** **passport and visa.**
