Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Strategy, the Manager, Recruitment Marketing is a seasoned recruitment/employee marketing leader who will leverage strategies to promote external & internal opportunities and employee value proposition messaging to deliver talent at all levels to Nutrien. This position will collaboratively drive the strategy and execution of Nutrien’s Talent brand and recruitment marketing initiatives that are tied to Nutrien’s overall Talent Strategy. You will support Nutrien Globally, aligned with One Nutrien by working with internal teams to include Brand Culture & Communications, Culture and Employee Experience, University/Campus Relations and Talent Attraction. The Manager, Recruitment Marketing will play a key role in understanding internal and external candidate requirements and supporting the Talent Strategy of the overall organization through recruitment marketing efforts.
What you will do:
Leadership
Influence key stakeholders to deliver on candidate & employee recruitment & brand objectives. Influence project teams, HR Business Partner Community and leaders regarding Change Management requirements/practices. Lead third party vendors and become key point of contact for external recruitment marketing resources. Provide collaborative and supportive leadership of recruitment marketing team.Budgeting & Metrics
Develop and manage annual Candidate recruitment marketing budget plans in terms of activities and services, operating costs and projects Manage vendor relationships for surveying and feedback tools Consult and support other HR teams in initiatives as required Provide reporting, dashboards and summaries to TA leaders, HRLT and other executive teams as required Provide reporting analysis, research and benchmarking data for TA leaders, HRLT and other executive teams as requiredWhat you will bring:
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range is $95,700 - $177,800 annually. This range is estimated for the Product Stewardship SDS Coordinator role in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
