What you'll do...

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Real Estate Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will project managing merchandising initiatives for store food equipment and refrigerated assets, while providing critical financial support to our real estate procurement services. You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and conducting ongoing financial and statistical analyses to drive facility development and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial support to real estate procurement services, including budgeting, forecasting, and plan analysisPerform financial, statistical, and cash flow analyses on commodities for facility developmentEvaluate the financial impact of real estate initiatives on profit and lossResearch industry best practices for supplier development and commodity strategiesEstablish and manage quantitative programs to measure supplier performance and increase accountabilityProvide process improvement support and consultation to suppliersConduct statistical analysis on systems and data to establish clear baselines for supplier measurementDevelop and execute real estate procurement strategies to manage material flow and operational impactsCreate strategies to improve labor and storage facility utilizationDevelop innovative solutions for nonroutine real estate management challengesCollaborate with cross-functional partners to develop solutionsCommunicate effectively with senior leadership, especially regarding nonconventional or compliance-driven processes

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
