Manager, Quality Programs, AV Fleets
Uber
At Uber, we are changing the way consumers 'go anywhere and get anything' by extending our platform to incorporate autonomous vehicles. We believe that the future of transportation will rely on a hybrid network of human-driven and autonomous vehicles that supports gradual introduction of this new technology alongside human drivers. Today, Uber is emerging as the platform of choice for AV technology partners and fleet operators. As the industry continues to mature, partners will benefit from Uber's go-to-market and operations expertise to commercialize autonomous vehicles at scale. The Manager of Quality Programs will monitor and ensure that fleet operators who clean, charge, maintain, and ensure high uptime autonomous fleets on the Uber network are adhering and complying with operational standards and improving efficiency to safely and effectively deliver positive business results.

3. Partner Management: You will independently manage relationships with Uber's fleet operations partners across a range of quality, audit and continuous improvement processes
4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings and recommendations to partners and stakeholders. Establish mechanisms to drive ongoing performance improvement and optimize outcomes over time.
5. Compliance Management: Collaborate closely with Uber's regulatory, safety, and legal teams, as well as applicable external partners to ensure AV fleet operational standards adequately reflect evolving regulatory requirements.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of quality processes, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives for quality enhancements across AV fleet operations deployments. Serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement efforts cross functionally.
7. Positive Quality Culture: Foster a quality-centered culture internally and externally by providing leadership, training, and support. Promote operational discipline and a mindset of continuous improvement at every level of the organization.
