About the role.
Lead and drive technology solution design gathering, testing & deployment activities for quality processes in North America Region. Knowledgeable on North America’s end to end Food Safety & Quality processes and strong proficiency in current Quality operations systems.
Responsible for computer system validation (CSV) ensuring digital data quality in tools & reports.Recommend modification to existing standards, or suggest new standards, methods or procedures.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in database management, selection and set-up of digital tools to the needs of an organization, as implementing analytical solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving, to identify gaps and propose solutions.
Reporting to the Food Safety and Quality Director of Systems and Compliance, the successful candidate will be responsible for deploying and maintaining key data systems to ensure successful execution of our Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. This individual will work in collaboration with global counterparts to identify, trial, and deploy systems for document management, incident management, change management, and cost of non-conformance tracking. This individual is also responsible for compiling monthly key performance indicator data for the functional and regional scorecards, as well as performing a broad range of data analysis and data visibility enhancements, supported by one direct report. This role is part of the North America Food Safety and Quality functional team. The role interacts and collaborates with facility food safety and quality managers, regional managers, and departmental directors. This role is a part of the Systems and Compliance Department, and partners closely with peers in Continuous Improvement and Compliance
