We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Manager, Quality Assurance** to lead our QA team and ensure the highest standards of quality across products, processes, and services. The QA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
+ Develop, implement, and maintain QA standards and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
+ Monitor and report on quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
+ Conduct regular internal audits and coordinate external audits and inspections.
+ Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
+ Collaborate with R&D, Production, Engineering, and other departments to integrate quality into product and process design.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, IATF, CMMI – depending on industry).
+ Manage documentation and change control for QA processes and records.
+ Review and approve quality-related documentation (test plans, validation reports, specifications, etc.).
+ Champion a culture of quality across the organization.
**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
+ Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and regulatory standards.
+ Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficient in quality management systems and tools.
