VF Asia Ltd. is looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead and implement quality management initiatives aligned with our strategic goals. This role is critical in ensuring product excellence, vendor compliance, and continuous improvement across our operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive quality performance and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure vendor compliance with VF’s Terms of Engagement and Code of Conduct.Evaluate new vendors for quality systems, technical capabilities, and product readiness.Analyze data to identify improvement areas and implement sustainable quality strategies.Lead documentation and reporting to ensure transparency with vendor partners.Coach and develop the Quality Management team to meet KPIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the production lifecycle.Strategize for divested vendors to ensure smooth production execution.Build strong global relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Promote a collaborative, customer-focused culture.Align team efforts with organizational vision and strategic goals.Drive results through proactive problem-solving and effective execution.

QualificationsEducation: University degree or aboveField of Study: Engineering, Garment Manufacturing Technology, Footwear Technology, or related disciplinesExperience:8–10 years of relevant industry experience3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership roleLanguage Proficiency:English (Good – written and oral)Leadership Scope:People Leader with 3 or more direct reports
