We are seeking a Manager of Pump Services & Engineering Solutions to lead our aftermarket engineering and service team supporting Flygt AC Pumps in Pewaukee, WI. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, managing all technical service operations for repairs and aftermarket projects. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, collaborate cross-functionally, and make a tangible impact for our customers. --- **What You’ll Do** · Lead and develop a team of Technical Service Engineers, Technicians, and an Order Administrator. · Oversee all aftermarket engineering activities, including pump inspections, repair proposals, and field service operations. · Assign and manage project workloads in collaboration with the Aftermarket Manager. · Ensure quality and timeliness of design and service execution to meet or exceed customer expectations. · Collaborate with Operations to plan and manage shop labor and workspace allocation for repair jobs. · Travel to customer and vendor sites to resolve technical issues and provide hands-on support. · Perform field service work, including installation, repair, startup, and system vibration analysis. · Support quotation development and margin approval in accordance with company guidelines. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance team efficiency. · Partner with internal and external stakeholders on engineering solutions and supplier collaboration. **What You Bring** Preferred Education: · Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering **Experience & Skills:** · Typically requires 10+ years of experience in pump design, manufacturing, and/or field service, but we value diverse paths to success and welcome candidates with equivalent experience. · Strong background in pump mechanical design, hydraulics, and manufacturing processes · Experience with vibration analysis and technical troubleshooting · Effective leadership and team development capabilities · Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally **What We Offer** · Opportunity to work with a global leader in water technology · Collaborative, mission-driven culture · Career growth and professional development opportunities · Competitive salary and benefits · Meaningful work that makes a real-world impact **Physical & Work Environment** · This role involves working in office, shop, and field environments and may include lifting up to 50 lbs. · Regularly requires sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and movement through facilities and job sites. · May include confined space work as needed. · Travel required up to 50%, including domestic and international assignments. · We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to enable individuals of all abilities to perform essential functions. · Compliance with site-specific safety, training, and drug/alcohol policies is required.
