About the Position…
The right person will collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and play an important role in managing projects and coordinating events ensuring consistent implementation of company policies, practices and seamless experience for everyone interacting with our aviation teams.
What you’ll do…
Gathering/analyzing data and information to recommend and implement process improvements.Developing and implementing tools for decision making and project objectives.Providing updates to internal and external stakeholders on progress of projects and budgets; prioritizing multiple projects and timelines; enforcing project milestones in accordance with the project plan.Creating reports from data and maintaining security/confidentiality of sensitive information, data and communications; collaborating with stakeholders on reports; developing and maintaining reporting tools; developing, evaluating, and implementing data management strategies.Demonstrating strong organizational skills, are detail-oriented and calm under pressure.Being process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline processes for improved efficiency, cost-savings, and effectiveness.Possessing strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders.Effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.What you’ll bring…

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
