As Project Manager, Japan TMTT Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the management of new product/therapy launch and organizational evolution project for our differentiated therapies in Japan.
You will be accountable for the management of launches, campaigns and initiatives, and development of effective management system through collaborating closely with your colleagues on the Japan and global teams to enable successful commercialization of these innovative therapies. Identify all aspects of product development from project inception through first commercial launch, document and help manage the development and introduction of new products and technologies in order to achieve and maintain market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of tasks in major product launch in collaboration with regional product manager, cross-function manager and global partners in order to achieve on-time / quick launch, and actively manage project risksDetermine and discern detailed requirements on larger scale projects to establish the project deliverables, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changesFacilitate the creation and approval of business cases, and utilizes historical data and expert judgment in order to understand project limitationsActively lead one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activitiesAssess project performance to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions and communicate to all stakeholdersEstablish and maintain team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications, both internal and externalManage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned and driving changes to future for continuous improvementServe as a project management subject matter expert, including guiding and mentoring other project managers; demonstrate expertise in a business process, professional discipline, market, or productEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalentWork experience as PMO for 3 years in MedTec companies, including hands on experience managing projects of increasing complexity or equivalent capabilities RequiredPost Merger Integration (PMI) project experience in MedTec companies would be PlustWork experience in marketing or commercial excellence in MedTec companies would be PlusPMO experience in Consultancy Firm would be PlusAdditional Skills:
