This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Manager, Project Coordination, you will champion partnerships between Brand Creative, Operations and Strategy leads while managing a direct team to influence cross-functionally and successfully execute company and brand creative initiatives, drive traffic, and continue to improve operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Drive alignment between Operations, Brand Creative, Strategy and key stakeholders
Own communication and build of initiative schedule for Brand Creative
Align with Team Leads to understand impacts and proactively manage risks
Lead Brand Creative team with objectives, scopes and a focus on results
Develop and execute communications to ensure partners are informed and tracking toward plan or initiative goals
Leverage relationships outside of Marketing to resolve issues and understand the impact of business critical changes
Ability to clearly articulate plan to senior leadership with a clear POV, while being open to evolution and feedback
Proactively manage leadership accountability and deadlines
Lead recommendations for process improvements based upon effectiveness; apply learnings to existing work and share knowledge across marketing partners leading similar bodies of work management
Provide leadership by exhibiting influence and expertise
Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary
What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism/advertising/marketing communications and/or relevant work experience
5+ years of related experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven success leading in a fast-paced organization
Ability to accomplish and lead objectives in a team-oriented environment
Takes initiative to drive and deliver project results
Highly collaborative, partners well across teams to accomplish work
Preferred
5+ years of experience in retail marketing environment
