Manager, Program Management – ALX (Amazonian Leadership eXperiences)
The ALX team is seeking a Manager, Program Management to lead a high-performing group of Program Managers and Content owners. This team is responsible for defining strategy, launching programs, and operating core services across our talent management platforms and leadership experience journeys.
Key job responsibilities
As the leader of this team, you will:
- Drive strategy and execution across multiple programs and content initiatives.
- Stay close to user feedback, identifying pain points and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term solutions to optimize experiences.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools and technologies to improve program efficiency, personalization, and content creation.
- Set the vision and operational bar for program and content excellence.
- Influence at scale by partnering with internal stakeholders and scaling mechanisms and programs that support talent movement
- Primary owner of our mechanism including MPRs, MBRs, and team huddles
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
