**The Job**
This position will support Program Execution, Compliance and Risk Oversight projects within the Global Information & Content Security (GICS) team . Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Cybersecurity Program Execution, the Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Program Execution will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex, high-impact cybersecurity initiatives and programs across the organization using both agile scrum and waterfall methodolog ies . This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards achieving security objectives .
This role will work closely with leads from Program Execution, Cybersecurity Compliance, IT SOX Compliance, Risk Oversight and Reporting, Infrastructure, Technical Support, and GICS SMEs to coordinate the planning, scheduling, and testing of projects, programs, and initiatives . The candidate will be expected to employ strong technical and organizational skills .
**Key Responsibilities**
**Resource Management:**
+ Lead, motivate, and support a team of project coordinators and Scrum Masters to achieve exceptional performance.
+ Develop and nurture talent within the team, including coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
**Project Execution:**
+ Oversee the delivery of multiple, concurrent projects across the information security landscape, assuring quality, scope, and timely delivery.
+ Ensure the integration of agile methodologies with organizational goals, enhancing agility and responsiveness.
+ Serve as the liaison to management, and key stakeholders.
+ Clearly communicate program statuses, decisions, and strategic direction to all relevant parties, ensuring transparency and alignment across functions.
+ Proactively identify and manage risks related to project timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring robust risk mitigation strategies are in place.
+ Ensure all project deliverables meet compliance standards and regulatory requirements relevant to cybersecurity.
**Strategy and Operations:**
+ Champion continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and tools, including advanced utilization of systems like JIRA and ServiceNow.
+ Establish strategy and i dentify opportunities for applying advancements in technology and process methodologies to enhance project execution.
**The Essentials**
The best candidate for this role will possess :
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field, such as Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
+ 7 + years of program execution experience and 3 + years of management experience working in cybersecurity.
+ Proven track record of global program management experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
+ Proven experience and expertise in agile methodology and framework like Scrum, and Kanban using Jira for Agile Stories, Epics and Initiatives.
+ Able to interact, communicate and partner with C-level executives. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and proven ability to work effectively at all organizational levels
+ Proven experience successfully driving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment comprised of high-achievers, to meet management and customer expectations.
+ Functional knowledge of CISSP security domains, governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI) and information security industry standard and best practices
+ Strong performance management skills, leading, motivating, engaging, and mentoring junior team members
+ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics in clear, non-technical language; outstanding analytical, writing, and oral presentation skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take ownership of and solve problems, and to deliver work products which are consistent with sound and ethical business practices, and common sense.
+ Active learner-able to enhance personal, professional, and business growth through new knowledge and experiences.
+ PMP, CSM, and cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
+ Ability to work flexible schedules .
**The Nice to Haves**
+ Strong understanding of the media, entertainment, and technology industries is a plus.
