As a Manager, Professional Services, you will be responsible for managing a team of consultants who deliver implementation, consulting, and training engagements to our clients, and will play a key role in overseeing the success of our professional services offerings.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Manager, Professional Services ANZ, you will:

Lead a team of consultants to deliver software implementation, consulting and training engagements, focusing on developing a strong, inclusive culture where team members are engaged, motivated, and rewarded for their performance and contributions.

Develop and execute departmental plans, allocate resources, and prioritise tasks to achieve business objectives, including contributing to revenue growth through upsell and cross-selling opportunities.

Ensure that team members have the required product skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our clients, and implement a training and development plan to enhance product knowledge across the solutions they implement.

Oversee key internal projects and activities, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes and provide management support.

Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, representing Professional Services and providing expertise and support to other teams and departments as needed.

Provide pre-sales support to the sales team to help scope and win new business opportunities.

Contribute to the ongoing refinement and development of operational requirements and standards, and participate in initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of professional services delivered to clients through AI tools.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Manager, Professional Services ANZ if you have the following required qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a professional services or technology-enabled environment

Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement

Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically

Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams

Understanding of software implementation and delivery, professional consulting services and training engagements

Prior experience of knowledge of tax and accounting domain would be highly regarded.
