**About Your Role** As a Manager, Production Planning, you will lead the purchase order (PO) management process, oversee order change requests, and manage exceptions. You will work closely with Brand Operation Teams across NORA, CASA, APAC, and EMEA, as well as vendors, to ensure on-time deliveries and effective communication with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement, championing change, managing KPI reporting systems, and using analytical storytelling to support decision-making. You will also lead and develop your team under VF’s Guiding Principles and foster a One VF culture. **Your Responsibilities Will Include (but not limited to):** + Own and drive the PO management process, including PO creation and change memo issuance. + Analyze weekly exceptions and unconfirmed POs, taking action to resolve issues and maintain CRD dates. + Collaborate with Global Material Supply, QA, and vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and escalate issues as needed. + Optimize KPI management and go beyond reporting by driving actionable improvements. + Partner with VF Logistics and vendors to ensure timely deliveries. + Monitor and measure factory KPIs and maintain vendor scorecards. + Coordinate with Sourcing Leaders and CSR teams to ensure timely and relevant factory audit activities. + Leverage reporting and production tracking tools to provide visibility to Brands and Regions. + Act as a change agent across Product Supply and Supply Chain organizations. + Recruit and retain a high-performing team; foster a culture of empowerment, innovation, and trust. + Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and succession planning for team members. **What We Will Be Looking For in You** **Behavioral Competencies:** + Execute business strategy and drive operational results. + Embrace change and prepare teams to respond effectively. + Provide timely feedback and support talent development. + Communicate clearly and build strong internal and external partnerships. + Manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Value diversity and work effectively across cultures and backgrounds. + Demonstrate integrity, ethics, and a growth mindset. **Functional Competencies:** + Excellent English communication skills (other Asian languages a plus). + Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation. + Deep functional knowledge of planning and supply chain processes. + Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and mentoring. + Ability to contribute to planning system transformation (e.g., S2A platform). + Evaluate and implement new systems to ensure effective business operations. **Qualifications & Experience** + **Education:** University degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or International Business (Bachelor or Master level). + **Experience:** Proven leadership in managing complex planning functions and diverse teams across countries. + **Supervisory Experience:** Leading complex teams and organizations. + **Travel:** As required. **Diversity & Inclusion Statement** VF is an equal opportunity employer.
