Join the Europe Open Banking team and help shape the future of account to account payments! We’re seeking a seasoned Product Manager to help drive our payment proposition for ecommerce, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.

As Product Manager, you will launch products that enable seamless, secure and efficient payments to merchants and partners. You will leverage your knowledge of ecommerce payments to drive success across the business and with customers.

The focus of this role will be to support the creation and market penetration of Open Banking as a payment method across the ecommerce ecosystem, leveraging the best of Mastercard to deliver success. It’s not just about the technical delivery of the product. It also requires the ability to think broadly and boldly to manage an ecosystem play.

Role:
•\tSupporting our ecommerce payment proposition, delivering value to distributors, gateways and merchants
•\tAn integrated view of customer needs, market trends and competitive position
•\tSupport the development and execution of the product roadmap for ecommerce payments
•\tWork together with the team in establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved
•\tWork across multiple functions, articulating our vision and product needs with multiple stakeholders across the business including security, fraud, compliance and franchise
•\tSupport decision making and development prioritisation with solid analysis and recommendations
•\tEnable our organisation with knowledge and tools to drive commercial success
•\tWork closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to refine and act on the GTM approach
•\tEnsure that the broader Mastercard organisation is enabled to sell by creating compelling product collateral, product training and advocacy
•\tMaintain advanced knowledge of trends in ecommerce
•\tDrive a user-centric culture to enhance the product user experience and advocate on behalf of design
•\tDemonstrate depth of knowledge of the product and the ecosystem in which it operates (including regulatory, legal, market players etc)
•\tDemonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviours

All About You:
•\tExperience in alternative payment methods, card payment processing, payment gateways or ecommerce
•\tExtensive experience building and launching products with multiple
•\tAbility to communicate to executives, peers, customers at all levels of detail with impact and authenticity
•\tExperience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plans
•\tExtensive experience engaging with multiple cross functional stakeholders to deliver to plan and vision
•\tAble to think strategically and creatively
•\tAbility to thrive in fast paced environment
•\tUI/UX experience design for ecommerce
•\tExperience working with research and insights with ability to analyse and make data driven decisions to inform and support experience and product decisions
•\tDeep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
•\tBasic understanding of agile technology and development process to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
•\tAction oriented and hands-on; owns outcomes and deliverables, with independence and autonomy
•\tExperience in design thinking, persona development, customer journey mapping etc. is a plus
